Battery Coverage
  • Lithium-ion (NMC): 2 years battery warranty + 1 year service warranty (32,000 km)
  • Lithium-ion (LFP): 3 years battery warranty + 1 year service warranty (42,000 km)
Motor & Electronics
  • Motor: 1-year warranty
  • Controller & Charger: 1-year warranty
Body & Frame
  • Frame: 1-year warranty
  • Excludes paint, scratches, cosmetic damage

Charger Warranty Policy

Coverage

  • • 1-year warranty from purchase date
  • • Covers manufacturing defects only
  • • One-time replacement if found faulty

Important Notes

  • • Use only supplied charger to maintain warranty
  • • Unauthorized repairs void warranty
  • • Prices include 5% GST

Warranty Exclusions

Not Covered

  • • Normal wear and tear (tyres, brake pads, bulbs)
  • • Accidental damage, fire, waterlogging
  • • Overloading beyond recommended capacity
  • • Unauthorized modifications or parts

Voids Warranty

  • • Physical damage, water damage, tampering
  • • Voltage fluctuations, power surges
  • • Service at non-authorized centers
  • • Use of non-compatible batteries

Take scooter/charger to authorized center

Get repair or replacement as applicable

Note: Transportation charges to/from service center are customer's responsibility
