Battery Coverage
- Lithium-ion (NMC): 2 years battery warranty + 1 year service warranty (32,000 km)
- Lithium-ion (LFP): 3 years battery warranty + 1 year service warranty (42,000 km)
Motor & Electronics
- Motor: 1-year warranty
- Controller & Charger: 1-year warranty
Body & Frame
- Frame: 1-year warranty
- Excludes paint, scratches, cosmetic damage
Charger Warranty Policy
Coverage
- • 1-year warranty from purchase date
- • Covers manufacturing defects only
- • One-time replacement if found faulty
Important Notes
- • Use only supplied charger to maintain warranty
- • Unauthorized repairs void warranty
- • Prices include 5% GST
Warranty Exclusions
Not Covered
- • Normal wear and tear (tyres, brake pads, bulbs)
- • Accidental damage, fire, waterlogging
- • Overloading beyond recommended capacity
- • Unauthorized modifications or parts
Voids Warranty
- • Physical damage, water damage, tampering
- • Voltage fluctuations, power surges
- • Service at non-authorized centers
- • Use of non-compatible batteries
